Our Dynamic Mattress Range is specially designed to cater to high-risk users, providing advanced pressure relief solutions for both short and long-term patient care. These mattresses are engineered with innovative technology to reduce the risk of pressure ulcers, offering unparalleled comfort and support.
The range includes intuitive systems equipped with easy-to-use controls and indicators, allowing for precise adjustments tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Whether for hospitals, care homes, or home use, our dynamic mattresses ensure a safer, more comfortable experience for patients requiring specialized care.
The Athena Low Air Loss system works on immersing the patient to create pressure redistribution. The mattress continuously ventilates air out of the air cells, which circulates air around the mattress and patient.
To support the patient during transfers or power failure, a foam underlay is incorporated within the base of the mattress. Low Air Loss systems are designed for those who cannot tolerate a moving surface, making them ideal for palliative care and pain management.
The Atlas dynamic mattress system delivers pressure redistribution to those at high risk of developing pressure ulcers. The constant low pressure mode distributes patient weight evenly through the cells, providing comfort for patients unable to tolerate movement.
Auto One provides a cost effective Automatic Dynamic Mattress System, that offers Automatic Pressure Setting where the system sets the pressure to an optimum setting based upon the patient’s weight.
The Auto One mattress will be ready for patient loading after 30 minutes and will be fully set-up at 40 minutes
Alternatively, the system can be manually set to the desired pressure setting, the ‘Automatic Pressure Setting’ can also be manually adjusted +/- to suit the individual. Developed for use in hospital, residential and home care environments, the Auto One mattress system is fully EN60601-1, EN60601-1-2 and EN60601-1-11 compliant.
The mattress includes 20 top cells consisting of 3 static head cells and 17 alternating cells. The base is made up of 20 static air cells. Individual cell’s ‘air on air’ construction reduces the risk of ‘bottoming out’ as the lower section of each cell remains inflated to provide a supportive base.
The Auto One mattress features a CPR dial at the footend. When rotated this allows for rapid deflation in an emergency.
A full length zipped cable management system safely routes the power cable to reduce the risk of a trip hazard.
The mattress air hoses include anti-kink springs and feature a quick connector with transport cap.
Four handles attached to the base cover assist with handling and transportation of the mattress.
The covers are multi stretch, water resistant and vapour permeable.
Includes a 360° zip for easy access to the internal cells and welded seams to help prevent fluid ingress.
Straps with D rings to enables the mattress to be secured to the bed (moveable parts only) frame.
Heavier patients require a dynamic support surface that fulfills their requirements. The Bariatric II Mattress system assists with the pressure distribution and is designed for the plus-size patient.

The Domus 3D offers a versatile approach to pressure relief care by incorporating alternating pressure redistribution and static therapy modes. This combination not only enhances patient comfort and care but also eases the workload for caregivers during activities like dressing changes and repositioning.
The advanced digital pump ensures accurate pressure control, optimizing both patient care and the efficiency of the compressor.
For High Risk. Auto-adjusting pressure redistribution system — implementing early pressure injury prevention for long-term care patients
60% of aging, long-term care residents develop pressure injuries. The aging epidemic, longer life expectancy, and extensive need for assistive care raise pressure injury risk and burden for individuals and institutions.
Many residents experience pressure-related discomfort, but undertrained and overworked staff tend to overlook their concerns, increasing complications, mortality risks, and nursing time and labor costs.
Domus Auto’s automatic firmness calibration and manual refinement optimize early pressure injury prevention. Sacrum pressure relief allows individuals with different postures to sit longer and more comfortably.
Auto-adjust firmness, alternating surface
Suitable for improving pressure injuries in long-term care and homecare residents.
Automatic firmness adjustment based on residents' weight distribution for quick setup and pressure relief delivery.
Firmer air cells at the sacrum prevent patients from bottoming out when sitting.
Visual and audible alarm enhances patient safety and security.
The Domus Auto Bariatric system is designed to effectively prevent and manage pressure ulcers in bariatric patients while also reducing the risk of on-the-job injuries for caregivers.
It features a quiet, vibration-free pump that uses a proprietary algorithm to automatically adjust surface pressure based on the patient's body mass distribution and movements.
Quiet-operating pressure redistribution system with dual therapy mode
The Domus ECO is an alternating pressure system designed to prevent pressure injuries with low-noise operation and an alarm mute function, ensuring minimal disruption.
It prioritizes patient safety with an audible low-pressure alarm and complies with rigorous flame-retardant standards.
Equipped dual therapy modes and a high vapor permeability cover, it maximizes comfort while ensuring durability and consistent clinical performance.
Optima Turn optimizes caregivers' workflow and safety during repositioning regimes by automating 30° turn with different turning cycle options, reducing nursing injuries and bottlenecks. Its side bolsters protect patients from pressing on the bed rails, ensuring safety and comfort during turning.
Automate 30° Lateral Turning
Click-to-activate turning angle, direction, and therapy timer minimize labor requirements for patient repositioning, protect the caregiver from potential injuries, and allow more time and energy to adjust the patient for maximum comfort.
Side Bolsters Ensure Patient Safety
Firm side bolsters, made from TPU air cells, run along the left and right sides of the mattress, preventing patients from being compressed against the bed rails and reducing claustrophobia during turning, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Personalize Heel Relief Care
Accommodate pressure relief care for different body types by deflating individual air cells at the heels to maintain zero-pressure heel relief, minimizing the patient's risk of developing pressure injuries and prolonging the length of treatment.
Manage & Protect Bony Areas
Mechanically assisted turning simplifies caregivers’ effort of inserting repositioning pillows between bony structures (between knees, under elbows) to provide postural support and comfort and prevent joints from pressing against each other.
The Rotational Active Mattress is a high-quality, replacement active mattress system which offers three-in-one therapy for the effective prevention of pressure ulcers.
Designed to assist with pulmonary complications and treatment of existing pressure ulcers, the mattress is suitable for patients in need of regular re-positional changes where this cannot be achieved by the patient or carers.
During lateral turning therapy, the carer can achieve easier repositioning with support from the mattress. The mattress helps facilitate postural drainage, especially for immobile patients.
The continuous low-pressure therapy can provide body immersion for optimal comfort as a larger skin area will be supported by lower air pressure.
This active mattress can significantly lower the risk of pressure ulcers while helping carers facilitate repositioning with this automatic system.
Simple Plus Bariatric Dynamic Mattress System provides to heavier patients a dynamic support surface to assist with pressure redistribution. To aid decontamination protocols, the mattress cover offers a 360° zip, welded seams and is water resistant.
