Sterilisation Pouch on a Roll (200m Roll)

These sterilisation pouch rolls let you make a pouch the right length for every item. You cut the length you need, heat seal both ends, and you have a pouch for anything from a single bur to long or awkwardly shaped instruments. Because you’re not limited to fixed pouch sizes, there’s less wasted packaging and you can wrap items that standard pouches can’t fit.

Each roll has a transparent film side and a 60g/m² medical-grade paper side. The clear film lets you identify instruments at a glance without opening the pouch. The paper side allows the sterilant to penetrate during processing. Built-in sterilisation indicators give a quick visual check that the pouch has been processed.

The rolls are suitable for use in autoclaves and chemiclaves. Each one is 200m long, so a single roll lasts a long time in a busy decontamination room. There are four widths to suit everything from small instruments to larger items and kits.
